Covid and Back to School

As parents and kids welcome going back to in-person school, there are precautions that are recommended by the CDC:

  • Universal indoor masking due to Delta variant
  • Maintain 3 feet of physical distance
  • Ventilation, hand washing, and respiratory etiquette (remember what mom used to say? “Cover your mouth when you cough and sneeze.”
  • Stay home if feeling ill
  • Use multiple layers of prevention

Follow your school district’s advice on what they recommend based on the needs of that particular school district and your child(ren)’s school.

Doing what is right for you and your family is the best thing that you can do to stay mentally and physically healthy as you find new ways to “be normal”.
